There’s a lot of people that are overweight nowadays. They are not having a single thought that their lifestyle is unhealthy until such time their body feels it until they feel weak and then, later on, become sick. I worked as an accountant, I am going to the office eight (8) hours a day from 9 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon. During that time, I’m on my desk in front of my computer laptop while doing my work. I’m in my early 30’s now but I still feel younger than my age. Why do you think I still feel like this?

Jog regularly every morning.

 

Every morning I wake up at six, Since I need to go to the office at nine, I jog in our back yard for about thirty minutes to one hour. Jogging regularly every morning gives me strength and I think it contributes a lot to my brain to function well. Since a better performance of my brain is what I need in my work, it’s benefited me a lot. I feel very active and strong every time I arrive in the office. It’s helped me to do my job accurately and fast.

 

Exercise while watching TV at home

 

Going to the gym and other places were time-consuming for office personnel like me. I think it will use my extra time after work, so it’s better to do the exercise at home while watching my favorite TV series. After I ate my meal, I’ll make sure that my meal is healthy and no sugar and carbs. I just rest for forty-five minutes to one hour and do my routine. I usually perform the basics, stretching, squatting, twisting, jog, and jumping in place. Doing this helps me lose my extra weight from sitting in the office for eight hours, it’s helping me to relieve my stress from my work and it’s boosting my health. And I can still watch my favorite TV series at the same time.

 

Join Zumba in the mall

 

Sometimes I tried to join those groups of people who are dancing in the mall, it’s free. They called it Zumba. Everyone can join, it’s some kind of way of interacting with other people, it’s a social activity and somehow it can boost your mood and confidence. They dance with coordination in one fast beat of the music. It’s really good in the eye and it’s really fun. Aside from the happiness that it will provide you, it’s the best way to lose weight, you can burn 600 to 1000 calories in just one hour, can you imagine that? It gives a full-body workout, from your head to toe. All parts of your body are moving and stretching.

If you still live unhealthily, it’s a no better time than today. Do it early, not tomorrow, and not the other day. I’ve done it for many years now and it benefited me a lot especially in doing my work. Time is running and we are not getting any younger, our body becomes weakens as we get older especially it getting fast if we didn’t do any healthy activities in our life. Our health is our wealth.

 

I know we need to work, I know we need to earn to pay our bills and satisfy our needs and wants and to help our families. But don’t make yourself like a machine, because you’re not. Your human needs to take care of because if not, you will be going to be weak and become sick afterward. Don’t take your health lightly because it’s your weapon to do your work efficiently and effectively. How can you continue to work and earn money if you are sick? Nothing is more valuable than your health, so always be fit and healthy. Live your life in a healthy lifestyle, you can’t be sick, you always feel strong, no stress, and no worries. You will be happiest than you can’t imagine.
